## The honest read

1 2 Tree Company calls itself a family-run tree service business on its website. A recent customer said they pruned large maples, arrived ahead of schedule, did everything asked and cleaned up all the debris. A recent customer said they helped rescue a cat stuck high in a tree, and thanked Pat, Dee and Dean. A recent customer thanked Pat for the job he and his crew did, and Heather for keeping them updated on what was happening.

A 2025 customer said they placed mats down for their equipment, raked and leaf blew matted grass, picked up every stick and leaf they dropped, and dusted off a chicken coop next to the work site. That 2025 customer said the job was done exactly as discussed for the quoted price. A 2025 customer said they took down a tree that fell in a wind storm and were true to quote. A 2025 customer said Patrick's team removed an old hemlock tree.

A 2024 customer said they removed the three stumps contracted for, then pointed out two more the customer had forgotten and removed those during the same visit; that customer said moving the grinder around the house did no damage to the lawn. A 2024 customer said they once came out with a foot of snow on the ground and removed a large tree that landed on the roof. A 2024 customer said they came out the next day for an estimate after a tree fell on the house after a storm.

A 2023 customer said they removed a large oak between a fence and garage with a power line. A 2022 customer said Patrick came out to look at the job the same day the inquiry went in, asked about septic location and other property risks, and said some of the trees did not really need to come down.

**Strengths:**
- Careful cleanup — a 2025 customer said every stick and leaf was picked up
- Forgotten stumps removed — a 2024 customer said two extra stumps went the same visit
- Next-day storm estimate — a 2024 customer said a tree fell on the house
- Pruning large maples — a recent customer said they arrived ahead of schedule
