A 2023 customer said Rufino removed the insulation another company had left in a moldy attic that same day, and that his team sprayed the mold that evening and again the next day. That 2023 customer wrote that containment barriers kept anything from getting into the living space, and that the house was clean when they left. A 2022 customer said Rufino gave advice on a water spill and confirmed with his equipment that it was drying. A 2021 customer said Rufino and team handled problems from a burst pipe and storm-related flooding. A 2025 customer said Rufino answered questions about a dehumidifier within minutes and did not charge for his time.
