One customer said Brian and Adam moved them from Hamden CT to Ashland MA, gave a quote and stuck with it, with no hidden pricing. A customer moving from CT to DC said the company gave the best quote of three places tried and did not raise the price when far more came along than the quote assumed. After an 18-hour drive and missing a 6:00 PM appointment, a customer said Brian and Adam showed up at 9:00 PM to unload a 16-foot box truck in Groton, driving an hour from New Haven to do it. A customer whose booked company cancelled said 24/7 Moving was able to accommodate a next-day move. One customer said Brian and his father adapted when an injury changed transportation plans the day before, and liked that the company bills per hour. A customer said their flat screen TV's whole screen was shattered and that trying to contact the movers got no response. A 2025 customer said the movers were an hour late for a first move because they needed to switch to a smaller truck for limited parking. A 2024 customer said Jose and Luis loaded a 2-bedroom apartment into a Pod in 4 hours, and nothing was damaged when it arrived at a new apartment in Michigan. A commenter on the New Haven subreddit said 24/7 moving did well for them a few weeks earlier. The company holds an A+ grade with the Better Business Bureau and is accredited there. **Strengths:** - A held quote — a customer said the price did not rise for extra items - Short-notice moves — one next-day move and one same-day service described - Interstate moves — one to Ashland MA, another from CT to DC **Concerns:** - A shattered TV — a customer said contacting the movers got no response - A late start — a 2025 customer said movers arrived an hour late ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.9-star Google average across 366 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=24%2F7%20Moving%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJvQAG453X54kRArg4vubj5yg) — “Google: 4.9★ from 366 ratings” - A customer said the company gave a quote for a Hamden CT to Ashland MA move and stuck with it _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pCVk4xZDBOMWRqU0V4dFRXTTFhR1ZOTld3eGMzYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x28e7e3e6be38b802!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjBVN1d0N1djSExtTWM1aGVNNWwxc3c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Brian and Adam were simply amazing.
