A 2023 customer said Larry explained the options, set an appointment for the next day and came out the next day in the rain. A 2021 customer said a question about their meter gauge was answered promptly and the issue resolved. A 2022 customer said they called on a Tuesday for oil, were told Friday and cash only because the credit card machine did not work, and that no one came on Friday.
