The company says it has 20 years in business, and its website lists a service area of Concord, Bow, Hopkinton, Loudon, New London, Warner and Canterbury. It holds 4.6 stars from 31 Google ratings, 4.8 from 19 Houzz ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. On a large renovation in the Lake Sunapee area, a recent customer said Amy coordinated her work with their builder, supplied ideas, materials and labor, and that she and Lea made things right when challenges arose. A recent kitchen customer said the project was completed right on schedule with no surprise structural issues or hidden costs, and that the contractors were polite and tidy. A 2022 customer called it Concord's women owned and operated design firm, named Lea Kelsey as owner and chief designer, and said all three upstairs bathrooms of their 1776 Colonial were remodeled at once. In a 2023 review, a customer said Amy Malone put together a schedule to complete a bathroom remodel by the July 4th holiday weekend. A 2022 customer said the kitchen design left a cabinet door that banged into the open dishwasher and a cabinet door that hit the wall every time. A 2025 reviewer said that on an entire house built in the early 2000s, the tile selected was very cheap and the carpet selections were inappropriate for children, and that reviewer later replaced all the carpets. **Strengths:** - Builder coordination — a recent customer said Amy coordinated work with their builder - An on-schedule kitchen — a recent customer said it finished with no hidden costs - A repeat bathroom job — a recent customer returned for a second remodel **Concerns:** - Cabinet clearance — a 2022 customer said cabinet doors hit the dishwasher and wall - Finish selections — a 2025 reviewer said the tile selected was very cheap ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer returned for a second bathroom remodel and said it turned out exactly as they wanted _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xNeWNWZ3lXWEp6TVY5VWN6QllUVUpLYUZKUWEyYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe78873188529f197!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlMycVgyWXJzMV9UczBYTUJKaFJQa2c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Beautiful work as usual.
