## The honest read

Twelve inches of water in a basement: a customer said Dean and his team bailed them out of it, removing debris, disinfecting and drying, and that Dean came back to install a new basement window to prevent flooding. The company's website says it works to restore property after water damage.

A customer in Westport said that after a flash flood overwhelmed their sump pump, the team came quickly to set up dryers and dehumidifiers, then came back after a few days and steam cleaned everything. A customer said Deon and Thomas showed up quickly during a weekend of heavy rains and basement flooding and took care of the water. A 2025 customer said their plumber contacted Dave, who showed up within an hour, and that the water removal started right away. A 2025 customer said 777 came in with a team and cleaned up their property after fire and water damage.

The work also runs to bathrooms and tile. A 2026 customer said the company renovated an entire bathroom into a master bathroom. A 2026 customer described a bathroom changed from an old tub to a standing rain shower, with papers laid out where the workers walked. A 2025 customer said the company installed a bathroom in Shelton, CT, and that Dean has managed maintenance across that customer's properties for almost 10 years. A 2025 customer described tile work in a bathroom and kitchen. A 2026 customer said Dean came out for a leak under a kitchen sink and a leaking pipe in a basement, at a reasonable price.

In a 2015 Houzz review, a customer said Deon inspected mold and water damage after a water pipe broke, assessed it with meters, and restored the basement. A 2015 customer with a rental apartment complex said the company cleaned wall-to-wall carpets that looked almost like new afterward, saving them from buying new carpeting.

**Strengths:**
- Quick flood response — a customer said Deon and Thomas showed up quickly
- Basement drying — dryers and dehumidifiers set up after a flash flood
- Bathroom renovation — a 2026 customer described a full master bathroom redo
