## The honest read

When a sectional couch, two large dressers, a large hammock stand and a very heavy bookcase would not fit up an apartment stairwell, a recent Google customer wrote that John and his team came the same day and hoisted the furniture up onto the balcony. That customer said the team then moved the items up to the next floor through a narrow, winding staircase.

The company's website names local piano moves in Providence, Newport, Narragansett, East Greenwich and Barrington, lists a service area of Providence, Barrington, North Providence, Pawtucket, Cumberland, Johnston and Cranston, and says it has been in business 32 years.

A recent customer said the final invoice matched the initial estimate exactly, the movers arrived right on time, and not a single item was damaged or scratched in transit. A recent customer said John and his team have moved them between apartments in state twice, the first time about five years ago on short notice when they were getting no luck anywhere else. A recent customer said John's sons were fast and careful, all on a day's notice.

**Strengths:**
- Same-day furniture hoist — a recent customer's furniture went up onto the balcony
- Estimate held — a recent customer's final invoice matched the estimate exactly
- No damage — a recent customer said nothing was scratched in transit
- A day's-notice move — a recent customer said John's sons were fast and careful
