## The honest read

Santos was "great to work with," a recent Thumbtack customer of A & A Tree Services wrote: he came out to do an estimate, then had his crew out there the next morning, and the customer called the price very reasonable.

A 2026 Google reviewer wrote that the company had taken down 11 trees for them so far, some of them very labor intensive. A 2026 Google customer said the guys came to take 3 trees down and grind a stump, and that neighbors on both sides ended up hiring them too.

In a 2024 Thumbtack review, a customer said the quote arrived in less than 24 hours and the job was completed within 72 hours. A 2024 customer hoping to get stumps removed before spring wrote that the quote and the work were done within 24 hours. A 2024 customer said Santos and Abiel cleaned up a tree and stump that the power company had cut down. A 2024 customer called the salesman "not the cheapest" and said the job was completed ahead of time.

A 2025 Thumbtack customer paid $50 for a small front lawn and wrote that it looked like all they did was pick up dandelions, so their 14-year-old cut the lawn.

**Strengths:**
- Next-morning start — a recent customer said the crew came the morning after the estimate
- Eleven trees removed — a 2026 customer said 11 trees came down so far
- A fast stump quote — a 2024 customer said quote and work took 24 hours

**Concerns:**
- A $50 lawn cut — a 2025 customer said it looked like dandelions were picked
