## The honest read

A&B Carting rents dumpsters, and its own site names a service area running from Monroe and Shelton to Bridgeport, Naugatuck and Danbury.

A 2022 customer said A&B quickly delivered a big dumpster, came quickly when called to pick it up, and took care to protect the driveway. A 2022 reviewer thanked Suzi and the team for extending the rental by a couple of days and accommodating last-minute changes. A 2023 customer said they rented a dumpster for a quick clean-up and found delivery easy. A 2023 reviewer described the driver as respectful with the driveway and the dumpster as clean.

A 2023 customer said the driver hit the side of their house while bringing the dumpster, and that the company offered to pay 50% and later 25% of the damage. In 2024, a driver whose car was hit by one of the company's trucks said it drove away before police arrived and that the owner tried to shift the blame. A recent business customer said they felt misled by promises made during the sales process and that communication became inconsistent once the agreement was in place.

**Strengths:**

**Concerns:**
- House damage dispute — a 2023 customer said the driver hit their house
- A truck collision — a 2024 reviewer said the truck left before police arrived
