## The honest read

A&E Services LLC says it specializes in mowing, trimming, clean-up, weeding, gutter cleaning, planting, mulching and sodding. On Google it has 5 stars from 22 ratings.

One customer said Angel and his team cleaned and mulched the garden area, and when a couple of flower beds got lost in the mulch, they came back without hesitation and re-did everything. A customer who could not get out of the driveway after a winter storm, when two people had not shown up to clear the snow, said Angel promised to have it cleared before they got home, and he did; that customer said he had also just mowed the lawn.

A customer who hired them for overdue gutter cleaning and weeding said they also pointed out some shingle issues they found while up on the roof. One customer said they keep the lawn cut short, cleaned up the garden beds, put down fresh mulch and transformed the overgrown trees in the backyard. For a spring cleanup, a customer said the crew was ready to work at the scheduled time and was quick with the cleanup and mowing.

A customer with multiple rental properties said Angel and Edgar handle snow removal and landscaping for them and are very fair on pricing. Angel and his crew have also moved furniture: one customer said they disassembled, moved and loaded it into the truck, then reassembled everything at the new location, including King and Queen size beds and a U-shaped desk.

A 2025 customer who began using A&E for lawn care that year said they arrived when they said they would and had just finished the leaves.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0666501, held by A&E Services, as expired.

**Strengths:**
- Mulch bed redo — a customer said they came back and re-did lost beds
- Storm snow clearing — a customer said Angel had the snow cleared as promised
- Roof issue flagged — a customer said they noted shingle issues on the roof
- Fair pricing — a rental-property customer called them very fair on pricing
