## The honest read

A Ferrara Construction Corporation is a South Easton, MA company that customers have hired for septic, grading and delivery work. On its website, the company says it has provided construction services across New England for over 25 years, from demolition to sitework.

A recent review from a customer who has worked with Anthony and the team multiple times says they recently had a septic system replaced and that A. Ferrara did "a fantastic job." Another recent review describes help for the writer's cousin in Braintree: Anthony was professional, responsive and easy to communicate with, and his crew, especially Rico, handled the change orders and little hiccups that came up along the way.

In a 2025 review, a customer said they helped level an entire yard of over half an acre, with pricing almost 30% lower than the other quotes that customer received. In a 2024 review, a customer who needed a load of millings delivered asap called the price, service and delivery great, and said Anthony checked in to make sure they were satisfied with the delivery.

Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active on the state registry. A complaint on its BBB page describes property damage during a delivery and a disagreement with the owner over who was at fault.

**Strengths:**
- Septic replacement — a recent septic system replacement, a repeat customer
- Communication — Anthony responsive and easy to communicate with
- Yard leveling — a half-acre yard leveled in 2025

**Concerns:**
- Delivery damage — a BBB complaint about property damage during a delivery
