On Google it carries 4.6 stars from 106 ratings.

The longest account comes from a 2024 Google review by a customer who had been using A La Maid for years after trying a couple of other cleaning companies. The crew was more thorough and thoughtful than the earlier ones, the reviewer wrote, and once flipped the schedule to a different day when the customer was hosting an event. A February 2024 review describes Nicole coming out within four hours for an estimate, working out a plan around the bathroom, and fitting the job in the next day; the two cleaners, Liz and Janet, were kind and thorough, and the customer said they never felt judged. A July 2026 reviewer couldn't believe even the grout was cleaned well, and an August 2026 reviewer wrote that the employees are pleasant and trusted, with good communication.
