## The honest read

A 2026 customer said they have used A. Procaccini & Sons for 40 years, never with an issue or a problem.

A 2024 customer was about to cut into the basement ceiling to put in a new pipe; that customer said Jack Procaccini said no, came over and cleared the clog in 2 minutes. In a 2022 review, a customer said Jack came right away on a Saturday for a toilet/sewer pipe clog and a bathtub drain, and called him extremely reasonable.

Septic work is the other half of the name. A 2022 customer said other companies couldn't locate the septic tank, and Procaccini & Sons found it and completed the job without any issues. For the sale of a house in Darien, a 2022 reviewer said Procaccini spent three hours inspecting all elements of the system and certified that it was working well.

A 2025 customer said the company hooked their house up to a sewer a long time ago, and came at the last minute for a job at the customer's mother's house.

**Strengths:**
- A cleared drain clog — a 2024 customer said Jack cleared it in 2 minutes
