The company says it's been at this since 1998 and describes itself as family- and locally-owned; Mark and Laura-Lee run the day-to-day, meeting customers on site and following up personally when something needs adjusting. What keeps coming up, across a written history running from 2021 into this year, is speed. One homeowner got a quote within 48 hours of calling and had a new fence installed three weeks later; another had a full six-hour install finish in a single day, and a third watched a 37-panel job wrap in one day flat. On Google, that shows up as a 4.7-star average from 161 ratings. The same speed carries over to repair calls: a chain-link fence crushed by a fallen tree got fixed the next day, and a rail a bear had bent got swapped out just as fast. A handful of families have stuck with them across a decade, coming back for a second and third fence on the same property. Not every job has gone smoothly. A 2025 review describes the owner missing a first scheduled estimate visit and never calling to reschedule. A 2024 review describes a signed contract's price being raised afterward, ending with the customer canceling and hiring someone else. And in April 2026, two customers within the same week described property damage during installation and a response that turned confrontational when they raised it — the most recent complaints on file and worth asking about directly. For a straightforward install or a storm-damage repair, this is a shop that tends to show up fast and price competitively — several reviewers mention it undercutting other quotes they'd collected. Get the contract price and scope in writing before work starts, and ask upfront what happens if something on the property gets damaged along the way. **Strengths:** - Fast turnaround — installs finished in as little as one day - Storm and damage repairs — fixes fences hit by fallen trees or wildlife - Competitive pricing — reviewers say quotes beat several competitors - Long-term repeat customers — some have used them across a decade **Concerns:** - Property-damage dispute — customer says the response turned hostile - Missed first appointment — one reviewer says the owner never followed up - Contract price dispute — a 2024 review describes a raised price after signing ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Reviewers repeatedly describe fast turnaround — a quote within 48 hours and installation finished in as little as one day _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21JdFlYSnpVRlZGUm5aQlFtdHBPVWN4TVdaVk4yYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x3df048831fa33bb1!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmItYXJzUFVFRnZBQmtpOUcxMWZVN2c%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Mark & Laura-Lee provided excellent customer service, and response time to getting me quoted for a new fence.
