Its website lists a service area running from Greenwich and Stamford to Ridgefield, Newtown and New Milford. A 2023 customer said Craig and his guys had taken care of their property for 25 years, listing lawn, tree removal, landscape installation, patio pavers, a retaining wall and steps, and a Belgian block driveway border. A 2024 customer said the company redid their front patio in blue stone with Belgian block trim and worked out solutions for the drainage. A 2024 customer wrote that Craig and his team got the property ready for a daughter's wedding, reusing a lot of material in a landscape redesign. A 2024 customer said the company replaced four dying Alberta spruces. A 2022 customer said Craig got a mowing crew to the house in less than an hour on a Friday evening, and that the company also did masonry work on the patio and around the pool. Snow work runs alongside the yard work. A 2024 customer said the company had handled their lawn care and snow plowing for 10 years. A 2024 customer who had used the company for decades said the snow plow service always showed up. A 2024 customer who gave four stars called the company a bit expensive and said it did not proactively recommend yard work beyond the basics, such as trimming bushes or treating diseased plants; when they raised an issue, the company took care of it. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0648893, held by A-Z Landscaping, as expired. **Strengths:** - Blue stone patio — a 2024 customer described Belgian block trim and drainage fixes - Fast mowing visit — a 2022 customer got a crew in under an hour - Long-term property care — a 2023 customer described 25 years of property work - Reliable snow plowing — a 2024 customer said the plow always showed up **Concerns:** - Higher pricing — a 2024 customer called the service a bit expensive - Proactive yard advice — a 2024 customer said issues had to be raised first ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.8-star average on Google across 42 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=A-Z%20Landscaping%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJ-1GA4q6rwokR6QA7OyFnqig) — “Google: 4.8★ from 42 ratings” - Says it has been in business for 44 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://a-zlandscapingllc.com) — “Self-reported 44 years in business” - A 2023 customer described 25 years of lawn, tree removal, landscape installation, patio paver and retaining wall work _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURSdHZ2cFV3EAE!2m1!1s0x0:0x28aa67213b3b00e9!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDRtvvpUw%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Craig and his guys have been taking care of our property for 25 years (Lawn, Tree removal, Landscape installation, Patio Pavers, Retainin…” - A 2024 customer described a blue stone front patio with Belgian block trim and drainage solutions _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURiLV9EemFREAE!2m1!1s0x0:0x28aa67213b3b00e9!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDb-_DzaQ%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ A-Z is a terrific landscaping firm.
