The company describes itself as a small business that will do the biggest to the smallest of jobs, and its website claims 23 years of experience. It holds a 4.9-star Google rating from 26 ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau, which lists it as accredited. A recent customer said AAA installed an EV charger in a challenging location and offered advice throughout the process. In a 2024 review, a customer said an old dryer outlet had fused to the dryer plug; Shawn put them on a wait list, came within the week, went through several additional steps on the replacement and took care of an issue with the washer outlet on the spot. A 2023 customer said AAA brought electric to a gazebo and installed two lamp posts and a flood light, after Shawn came out within 36 hours to give an estimate. A 2022 customer described a remodel and large addition that required new service sub panels and rewiring.
