The available reviews, all from September 2025, are uniformly positive and specific about the work. One customer had Aaron handle several projects — installing a large light fixture and fixing faulty switches at home, then researching, sourcing, and installing a full set of new light fixtures for an oral and maxillofacial surgery office, disposing of the old ones and finishing the job efficiently. Two other reviewers describe him as reliable, friendly, and quick to respond, citing a ceiling fan replacement with added recessed lighting and calling him their go-to electrician for ongoing needs. He's set up for electrical and wiring repair, lighting and fixture installation, switch and outlet work, generator installation and repair, and circuit breaker panel service. The one thing worth noting before booking: there are only three reviews on record so far, all from the same month, so the track record is short — though what's there is detailed and consistently positive. He's a reasonable call for lighting, wiring, and general residential or light-commercial electrical work in the New Bedford area. **Strengths:** - Detailed fixture work — a customer credits a full office lighting overhaul, sourced and installed - Responsive and reliable — reviewers cite quick response and repeat trust **Concerns:** - Short track record — only three reviews on file, all from one month ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Aaron Duarte Electrical is a licensed Journeyman Electrician in Massachusetts, background-checked, and about one year in business. _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/new-bedford/electrical-repairs/aaron-duarte-electrical/service/557767569565564936) — “Licence listed on Thumbtack: Electrician – Journeyman (License state: MA)” - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/new-bedford/electrical-repairs/aaron-duarte-electrical/service/557767569565564936) — “Real Thumbtack profile for Aaron Duarte Electrical in New Bedford, MA — a licensed (MA Journeyman Electrician), background-checked solo elec…” - Holds a perfect 5.0-star rating from all three reviews on Thumbtack. _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/new-bedford/electrical-repairs/aaron-duarte-electrical/service/557767569565564936) — “Thumbtack: 5.0★ from 3 ratings” - A 2025 review describes Aaron researching, sourcing, and installing a full set of replacement light fixtures for an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice, calling the work timely and efficient. _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/new-bedford/electrical-repairs/aaron-duarte-electrical/service/557767569565564936) — “5★ I have had the opportunity to work with Aaron Duarte Electrical on several occasions including residential and commercial projects.
