A 2023 customer wrote that Sid and Nathan had inspected and cleaned their chimney annually since 2015. A 2023 customer said the company installed a liner and cap on a chimney that was badly damaged after many years of neglect, and charged less than the initial estimate. In a 2023 review, a customer said the job turned out to need much more than Sid and Nate had predicted, and that they came back and finished with no mention of charging for the extra labor. A 2023 customer said the company inspected the chimney, showed what was needed and fixed the issue within the quoted estimate. A 2023 reviewer said Sid and his son had cleaned the woodstove chimney at their house for years and kept it in good repair. A 2023 customer wrote that the company, working as a father and son team, cleaned their wood stove quickly and did not upsell them on services. In a 2024 review, a customer said Sid and Nathan gave detailed information about the condition of the chimney and ways to keep the woodstove safe to use. **Strengths:** - A free visit — a recent customer was not charged when the flue was clean - A liner and cap — a 2023 customer said the bill came in under estimate - Unbilled extra labor — a 2023 customer said added work was not charged - An annual cleaning — a 2023 customer said it has run yearly since 2015 ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer was not charged for an annual cleaning visit when the flue was already clean _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tVd1JrVm5lR2hXVVVzMVUzaFZhRGRwUmt4cVZuYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x3380ac41c54a29ed!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkUwRkVneGhWUUs1U3hVaDdpRkxqVnc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Very helpful!
