Abdinoor Flooring is a family-run flooring shop in Dracut that's been outfitting Merrimack Valley homes with carpet, hardwood, tile and vinyl for decades — a 1989 newspaper feature already described it as a three-generation business, and the company says the Abdinoor family has run it since the 1970s.

The reviews that exist span that whole stretch. In a 2011 review, a customer described new vinyl and carpet installed over two days with floors renailed to stop squeaking; in a 2016 review, a homeowner called the tile work on a kitchen-and-bath remodel meticulous. A January 2026 review says a friend's recommendation led to a luxury vinyl plank job after a leak ruined the kitchen laminate, and an August 2025 review says a post-install squeak was fixed as soon as it was flagged.

Worth knowing: an October 2025 review describes a carpet job done well but says the crew left fingerprints on freshly painted doors and didn't take the complaint seriously when it was raised.

Its own site and the Better Business Bureau disagree on exactly how long it's been open — 1975 by the company's account, 1980 by BBB's — but both agree it's a long-standing, family-run shop, and BBB gives it an A+ with no complaints on file.
