## The honest read

AC Exterminating Company, LLC is a pest control business, and its BBB profile describes it as locally owned and operated, with Arnold Camire, Jr named as the owner. Its BBB grade is A+, and it holds 4.5 stars from 8 Google ratings.

A recent Google customer says Arnie and Pam come to the home every year. That customer says Arnie showed where the termite applications were and where carpenter bee holes could be plugged, at no charge, and that Pam once texted to say she had closed the patio door.

A 2025 customer said a huge bees nest in the wall was neutralized in less than 24 hours, with no ripping the wall apart and no damage. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Arnold came the same day for a yellowjacket nest inside an in-wall AC unit, and was on-site the next day when flying termites appeared at a new house; that 2025 reviewer said he diagnosed a brand-new colony with no damage yet and followed up with a complete external perimeter treatment. A 2022 customer said they called late on a Tuesday about a hornet nest and a yellow jacket nest, and the nests were gone by Wednesday night.

A recent Google reviewer gave 1 star, describing Pam's outreach as frequent and persistent and writing that she ultimately decided not to proceed with services after calling and texting all day; the reviewer said clearer communication from the outset would have saved time.

Connecticut lists its pesticide applicator licence, PMBR.00989, as active, held by A C Exterminating Company LLC.

**Strengths:**
- In-wall nest removal — a 2025 customer said there was no wall damage
- A same-day visit — a 2025 reviewer said Arnold came the same day
- Yearly home service — a recent customer says Arnie and Pam come every year

**Concerns:**
- Pre-service communication — a recent 1-star reviewer cited all-day calls and texts
