The Milford company's reviews all date from 2026, and it holds 5★ from 15 Google ratings and 5.0★ from 17 ratings on Angi and HomeAdvisor. Its website says it works on TPO, metal, asphalt shingle and EPDM roofs for residential and commercial properties. Jonathan is the name on the jobs. In a September 2026 review, he came out right away after a heavy rainstorm, showed the customer photos of the issue and fixed it the same day. Another September 2026 customer said his crew changed the color of the roof in 100. degree weather in a couple of days and seal coated the driveway. A March 2026 Angi reviewer with a ceiling stain after a storm said Jonathan inspected the next day and showed photos of the problems before doing the repairs, and another that month wrote that he found a long-running leak on a building that other roofers could not locate. An August 2026 customer credited the company with guiding them through an insurance claim after an emergency roof issue, and a June 2026 reviewer said the crew worked on a holiday. The website offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service and says the company is insured. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0704779, is active. **Strengths:** - Small repairs welcome — 2026 customer got a same-day repair others refused - Photo diagnosis — 2026 reviews describe photos of roof problems shown first - Hard-to-find leaks — 2026 review: a long-running leak finally located ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Came out the same day for a repair other contractors would not take, per an April 2026 review _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT20xUmVISnliVk5ZVDFGMFFXODNOVlpGY2w5T09GRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x612832517217f314!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOm1ReHJybVNYT1F0QW83NVZFcl9OOFE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ After reaching out to several contractors who suddenly went silent the moment they heard “repair” instead of “replacement,” Ace Roof was …” - Fixed storm damage the same day with photos of the issue, per a September 2026 review _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pSM00yUlpWMmRUVjJJd1EzcEhXa0kxTnpGRGFVRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x612832517217f314!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjR3M2RZV2dTV2IwQ3pHWkI1NzFDaUE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Jonathan was great!
