The company's own site names a service area of Cheshire, Meriden, Prospect, Wallingford, Hamden and Waterbury, and its BBB page describes residential and corporate moving and storage, packing assistance, and local and long-distance moves. It holds an A+ grade with the BBB and 4.7 stars from 92 Google ratings. A 2024 customer who moved three times in about a year called Ace an agent of United Van Lines and said the furniture was delivered on time with no damage. A 2023 customer said Ace moved heavy furniture from storage into a 4 story condo the day after the call, with the truck and tools included in the price. A 2022 customer said Tom came out and took a physical inventory before an out-of-state move, and the quote he gave was exactly what they were charged. That 2022 customer also said the team rolled out a red carpet so the floors would not get dirty or damaged.
