## The honest read

ACM Carting Services LLC rents dumpsters. A 2025 customer said they rented one for a home clean-up and Erick dropped off a 20-yard container instead of a 30-yard one.

That 2025 customer said Erick promised to come within an hour to pick it up and to deliver two dumpsters of the right size, then never showed up. The same 2025 customer wrote that, more than a week later, the filled dumpster still had not been picked up and Erick was not returning calls or texts.

A 2024 customer said a dumpster never arrived after three calls and repeated promises, which held up their construction.

**Concerns:**
- Missed pickup — a 2025 customer said the full dumpster sat over a week
- Wrong container size — a 2025 customer got a 20-yard, not a 30-yard
- Missed delivery — a 2024 customer said the dumpster never arrived
