## The honest read

ACS Mechanical is a Rowley-based HVAC company that installs, services and repairs heating, cooling, ductless and water-heating equipment for homes and businesses across the northern North Shore, with a stated service area running from Rowley and Newbury out to Ipswich, Georgetown, Topsfield, Newburyport and Hamilton. Its Massachusetts HVAC license is active — the state registry lists Jesse Allan Robbins as the license holder. The company describes itself as a Bryant dealer, a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer, NATE-certified, and a Mass Save Program participant.

A 2026 Nextdoor thread has a neighbor asking for a mechanical company to service a Viessmann combination boiler, and getting a one-word recommendation for ACS Mechanical in reply.

On Procore's contractor network, ACS lists itself as a specialty HVAC contractor with 10 to 50 employees handling contracts in the $100,000 to $1,000,000 range across commercial, industrial and residential work, offering HVAC design, automation and controls alongside installation and service.

**Strengths:**
- Recommended on Nextdoor — neighbor endorsed for a boiler service call in 2026
- Verified active license — Massachusetts HVAC registration confirmed with the state
- Manufacturer certifications — Bryant dealer and Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer status
