The company says it serves Hooksett, NH, and the surrounding areas, and its BBB page shows an A+ grade and accreditation. A 2025 customer said the company helped with a roof leak repair and installed Hardie siding on their house. A 2025 customer said the company did an addition on their house. A 2023 customer said Chris provided pictures of where the roof was damaged and the options to repair it, and left the area very clean after the repair. A 2023 customer said the company sided their home and built a front porch, with Chris keeping them informed when getting materials was hard. A 2022 customer said the team tarped the house and cleaned everything during a re-roofing replacement job. A 2021 customer said Chris followed a verbal quote with a formal quote by email within an hour, and that the roof cap repair was completed within a few hours once started. A 2025 customer said the crew sent to install their Hardie siding had admittedly never installed it before, and that a roof the company did needed to be immediately redone upon finishing due to poor workmanship. That 2025 customer said a promise to come back and fix each issue was made a year earlier with no return visit, and that they were charged far more than the original quote. A 2024 customer said the crew installed drywall where they had asked for a pine ceiling, and that the cork flooring was not installed correctly and bubbled. That 2024 customer said Chris never showed to do the punch list, including a $500 propane hookup that ended up costing an additional $2,000 from a separate contractor. A 2021 reviewer complained of a total lack of communication over a bid and disputed being told their 14-year-old roof needed replacing. A 2016 customer on Angi said the work was good but a one-week project missed its schedule by a few weeks. **Strengths:** - Roof damage photos — a 2023 customer said Chris photographed the damaged roof - A quick formal quote — a 2021 customer said it came by email within an hour - A tarped, clean site — a 2022 customer said the team cleaned everything **Concerns:** - Roof redone — a 2025 customer cited poor workmanship requiring an immediate redo - Bill over quote — a 2025 customer said they were charged far more - Unfinished punch list — a 2024 customer said Chris never showed to finish it - A missed schedule — a 2016 customer said a one-week project ran weeks over ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Says it serves Hooksett, NH, and the surrounding areas _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://addonconstructionllc.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): At Addon Construction LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and unparalleled cust…” - [Official Website](https://addonconstructionllc.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Hooksett” - BBB grade A+ and accredited _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/hooksett/profile/roofing-contractors/addon-construction-llc-0051-92071675) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/hooksett/profile/roofing-contractors/addon-construction-llc-0051-92071675) — “Better Business Bureau: accredited / certified / member” - Google shows 4 stars from 12 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Addon%20Construction%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJRabO5q5F4okRHdjeH5G8XVs) — “Google: 4★ from 12 ratings” - A recent customer said the company replaced their roof and put on new gutters _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25wVmNVNUtjRTlOUm5CVU1scHFlRkY1V0ZCVVJtYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x5b5dbc911fded81d!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnpVcU5KcE9NRnBUMlpqeFF5WFBURmc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We had a great experience with Addon Construction.
