In a 2022 review, a customer said Adeo renovated a bathroom for a flat price Melvin quoted to include the demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, installation and painting, and that the job cost exactly what was agreed upfront. That 2022 customer also said Jonathan and the team showed up at 8:00 am every day for 2 weeks. The company's website lists bathroom and kitchen remodeling, backsplash and countertop installation, and basement finishing. A recent customer said the crew completed 6 internal rooms, the exterior and a deck attached to a pool, and called the pricing very fair. A 2026 reviewer who identified as a Realtor wrote that Melvin Escobar, the company's proprietor, had completed four renovations for that reviewer and restored offices in a Southport building dating to 1850. A 2026 customer wrote that Adeo had worked for them twice, most recently on a wallpaper job. A 2023 customer described a kitchen renovation that took about 8 weeks from start to finish, with new wood floors, countertops, appliances, backsplash and wood open shelving. A 2024 customer said the company disassembled and reassembled their cabinetry to paint it, where other painters said they would keep it in place. In a 2024 review, a customer described power washing and painting vinyl siding with all the trim and chimney. A 2023 customer said Melvin, Miguel and their team painted the house and garage and found clapboard that needed replacing, which they replaced. A 2023 customer wrote that nobody showed for an estimate appointment and there was no call back. **Strengths:** - Flat-price bathroom job — a 2022 customer said it cost exactly what was agreed - Whole-house work — a recent customer had six rooms, exterior and deck done - Cabinet painting care — a 2024 customer said cabinetry was disassembled and reassembled **Concerns:** - Missed estimate appointment — a 2023 customer said nobody showed or called back ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Bathroom renovation for a flat quoted price covering demo, plumbing, electrical, tile and painting, per a 2022 customer _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURXdDZ6OGp3RRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xbed078d0eaa45458!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDWt6z8jwE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Adeo just finished renovating a bathroom for me.
