A 2009 customer said the workers arrived late because of a delay at a previous project but phoned ahead, then did a thorough job cleaning the ducts and disinfecting the area. A 2007 customer said the company was clean, neat and thorough, did not get anything on the furniture or carpeting, and was priced reasonably compared to other service choices. A 2005 customer said it was the only company with a brush system to get soot out of the vents for the same price.
