## The honest read

Advanced Home Services is a Wrentham power washing and soft wash business, and the jobs Jay is hired for run from house siding to roofs, patios and walkways. It holds 4.9 stars from 35 Google ratings.

A recent customer said Jay stopped by near the end of the day, removed moss from the roof and cleaned the whole house the same day, and gave tips on moss prevention. A recent customer had the house, a stone patio and the stone pillars at the driveway entrance cleaned and the roof treated. A recent customer in a wooded area said Jay power washed a white house that gets pollen, dirt and moss, and called the price reasonable.

A recent customer who hired Jay to soft wash a house and roof said several shrubs, a maple tree and a sign were damaged after the cleaning. In a 2025 review, a customer said Jay gave a quote, returned a few days later to power wash walkways, the deck, outdoor furniture, a playset, the house exterior and the roof, then walked them through the finished work. A 2025 customer said Jay spent over five hours at the property and noted the work was not cheap.
