## The honest read

A recent customer said Roberto, Melvin, and Adam worked to fix an issue with their sump pump: after a Sunday call, they were at the house as promised on Monday morning and didn't stop until the problem was fixed. Advanced Rooter Plumbing describes itself on its website as a residential and commercial plumbing company serving Westchester, Fairfield, and New Haven counties in New York and Connecticut, and says it has 20 years in business. It holds 4.4 stars from 32 Google ratings, 4.6 stars from 331 Angi ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau.

A recent customer referred through Home Depot Pro service said Andrew, the owner, promised a visit the following morning, and a plumber named Leio used an electric power snake to unclog a bathtub they had not been able to use for 2 days. A 2026 customer said Roberto, Melvin and Adam installed a Navien Combi and called the price very good. A 2025 customer said Jimmy Anthony and his assistant, Anthony, performed a sewer drain and house trap cleaning. A 2025 customer who needed a few small jobs done after moving into a new home said the $98 service call was applied to the total cost of repairs. A 2024 customer with a broken toilet that needed replacing and a few clogged sinks said a tech fixed all of the issues the same day. A 2024 customer who had hired the company for a business and a home said each plumber sent was professional, neat and communicated the issue, options and pricing before completing the work. In 2020, an Angi customer said they started the day with no hot water and ended it with a new tank, and that the estimated cost was the final cost.

A recent customer said the company didn't show up to do the job, and no one followed up after they called. A 2025 customer said they were charged for three visits and still left with a broken shower; after being told a broken part had to be ordered, they heard nothing for 3 weeks. A 2024 customer objected to paying $98 for a quote on a large job. A 2023 Angi customer said they were charged almost $550 for 1 hour 30 minutes of work repairing a simple leak. In 2020, an Angi customer said they hired the company three times for the same bathroom leak, which was not fixed the first time.

Its Connecticut P1 plumbing licence, PLM.0285038-P1, is listed as active, held by Advanced Rooter Plumbing.
