When a boiler failed on a cold day, Pat from Air, Inc. arrived within the hour, diagnosed it, sourced the part and fixed it the same day, according to a March 2026 Google review. The Branford heating and air conditioning company holds 4.8 stars from 782 Google ratings, says it was founded in 1991, and serves towns from Ansonia and Bethany to Cheshire, Clinton and East Hampton.

The recent reviews name the technicians. In an October 2026 review, Monty traced a banging furnace to a zone valve problem, for a customer whose oil furnace Air, Inc. had earlier converted to gas. Another October 2026 customer, back after an a/c install years ago, had a new furnace and a/c put in with cloths laid down to protect the floors. A September 2026 reviewer said Ricardo fixed a furnace without the parts the customer expected to buy. In a 2023 review, Pat brought a boiler up to code after other companies quoted over $6000, and a February 2023 customer said Monty and Mike sorted out a heat pump and central air system another company had botched.
