That customer said the people who came to do the work took pride in it, and wrote that the company will get you on the schedule when it can, sometimes the next day. A recent 1-star review describes Mohammad evaluating a customer's AC system, saying nothing was wrong and charging $240. That customer said another company came out, found a few things wrong and fixed them. The company's website lists boilers, duct cleaning, repair and sealing, ductless systems and heat pump work, and says it has been in business 10 years. Its Rhode Island HVAC license, number 00007996, is active on the state registry, with Fernando A Matos as the holder of record. **Strengths:** - Next-day scheduling — a recent customer said it can be the next day - Steady contact — a customer said Eric stayed in touch to the finish **Concerns:** - A $240 AC evaluation — Mohammad said nothing was wrong; another company fixed issues ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said Eric sent a quote estimate and stayed in contact through a basement vent job _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2toamNIUlNWWE5pUm1RMGQwcEtTWEZqY0RoMGFuYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x5d8ec37049ad963a!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkhjcHRSVXNiRmQ0d0pKSXFjcDh0anc%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Exceptional service, and cool folks to talk to and very personable.
