Airmax Solutions is a Milford heating and cooling company with a 4.9-star Google rating from 47 ratings and an A+ grade on the BBB. Its website lists 24/7 emergency service. A recent customer said Victor spent full hours checking the furnace and heating systems, cleaning and adjusting them, and called his charge reasonable. During spring maintenance on a heat pump, Victor replaced the air filter, checked the readings and washed the coils inside and outside, a recent customer wrote. Airmax installed mini splits for a recent customer, and a customer from Oxford, CT said it serviced their burner for the winter. A 2025 customer said they replaced their AC unit and coil with Victor and his team. A 2024 customer wrote that Victor installed a full home heat pump system in their home. A 2024 reviewer said he installed four new heat pumps for them and did everything he said he would do when he said so. A 2024 customer said a "big local company" couldn't solve their problem, and that Victor, whom they called the owner, fixed the issues and installed a new system. A 2025 customer said Victor didn't tell them to replace their 25-year-old furnace. A 2026 customer wrote that Victor repeatedly promised to stop by and never showed up, and that after saying he would take care of everything that Friday, he blocked their number. **Strengths:** - R-22 leak repair — a recent customer said he brazed and recharged the system - Heat pump installation — a 2024 customer said Victor installed four new units - Spring maintenance — a recent customer said the coils were washed inside and out **Concerns:** - No-show complaint — a 2026 customer said Victor never showed and blocked them ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said Victor repaired an older R-22 central AC system another company had called unrepairable, at about half the price previously quoted _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT205RlVUTndabmx3TUdWRFgwSkJVa2xJV0VSQmEwRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x9c32ae97c2c1733f!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOm9FUTNwZnlwMGVDX0JBUklIWERBa0E%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Outstanding service, expertise, and integrity.
