A recent customer chose AJ over several others to install a new Rinnai high-efficiency boiler, citing punctuality and a cost more reasonable than larger operations, and says he has shown up on time on three occasions and stands by his estimates. A 2023 customer said Robert looked at their boiler after another company said it could not be fixed and could not find replacement parts; that 2023 customer said he assessed the issue, fixed what needed fixing, made sure it was safe and explained each step. A 2025 customer who lost hot water said the company gave an estimate over the phone and came out the very next day to install a new hot water tank, laying down items so the floor would not be scratched. A 2025 customer wrote that over the past few years AJ put in a new furnace and HVAC system and a whole house water filtration system. A 2026 customer said Aaron installed a purge system for an iron problem, and that the orange ring in the toilet bowls was gone afterward. A 2023 customer said AJ installed an on-demand hot water system and a gas range and replaced failing, leaking pipes. A 2026 reviewer said their mother was charged over $10,000 for two toilets, two faucets, a vanity top and a shower valve, and that Aaron admitted it was an overcharge when confronted. A 2023 customer said he spent an hour and a half plunging and snaking a clogged sink without clearing it and charged $400. **Strengths:** - A boiler install — a recent customer says AJ stands by his estimates - Next-day water heater — a 2025 customer said the tank went in next day - A boiler fix — a 2023 customer said Robert fixed what another company could not **Concerns:** - A $10,000 bathroom bill — a 2026 reviewer said Aaron admitted an overcharge - An uncleared sink clog — a 2023 customer said $400 bought no results ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.8 stars from 41 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=AJ's%20Plumbing%20and%20Heating%2C%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJ8wXP6uDL44kRmyywgRIlonU) — “Google: 4.8★ from 41 ratings” - A recent customer says AJ installed a new Rinnai high-efficiency boiler and stands by his estimates _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2twSE5URnZTMkZ4ZERkcVNuRjVhMmxGZDJOMWNuYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x75a2251281b02c9b!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkpHNTFvS2FxdDdqSnF5a2lFd2N1cnc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Among several others, we chose Aj to install a new replacement rinnai high efficiency boiler because of his punctuality, professionalism,…” - A 2023 customer said Robert fixed a boiler another company had said it could not fix _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUM1NUxXbnpnRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x75a2251281b02c9b!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIC55LWnzgE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Robert came to my home to look at my boiler after another company told me they could not fix it and could not find replacement parts.
