The original installer had gone out of business, and the customer learned that the 24-panel system was no longer working. Alex diagnosed water damage in the inverter, contacted its manufacturer and installed the warranty replacement. The customer said he then spent about an hour working with technical support to reconnect the panels to the grid, and praised his pricing. Installation work drew praise too. In an April 2023 Google review, a customer said their solar company brought in Al and Jon to install 34 panels. The reviewer credited them with explaining each installation step and communicating throughout the work. A separate April 2023 reviewer recommended Alex Haynes for solar work, described his pricing as fair and thanked Al & Sons. Another July 2023 customer, frustrated with their solar panel company, said Alex responded the next day, visited the house and surveyed the roof and panels. The customer valued his advice and options without sales pressure. In the inverter-repair review, Alex also offered an annual system check if the customer wanted one, while saying he did not think it necessary. Google lists a 5-star average from 11 ratings. These customer accounts were written in 2023 and describe solar installation, troubleshooting and advice at that time. **Strengths:** - Solar inverter repair — July 2023 customer described a replacement and restored grid connection - Installation explanations — April 2023 customer said each installation step was explained - Pressure-free advice — July 2023 customer praised options without sales pressure ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A July 2023 Google reviewer said Alex diagnosed a water-damaged solar inverter, installed its warranty replacement and reconnected the panels to the grid. _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=16844422577373597987&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ Alex was a godsent!
