One customer said the installers put in 22 windows and a storm door in six hours, and that they called to make sure the caulk color would match each floor, since the upstairs windows are natural wood and the downstairs ones white. A customer who had 18 windows installed said the job was done in one day, the old windows were disposed of, and a small imperfection they caught was replaced within a week. A customer whose awning Aladdin installed twenty years ago came back for an awning at a second location and met with Gerry, the owner. A customer said the installers put in an awning, a front door and a storm door, then cleaned up and vacuumed the area. A customer said their new black screen door has the screen built right in. A 2026 customer said Aladdin installed a new entry door and storm door in place of a 40 year old Anderson hurricane door. A 2025 customer in Stamford said that after their awning motor died and they left an urgent voicemail, they got a call at 9am and a visit before noon from co-owner Frank and Vinny, who replaced the motor and remote control device. In 2025, a customer said two employees took the old storm door down and put the new one up in little more than an hour. A 2025 customer said a gentleman came out, showed how the manual and electric functions worked and took measurements, but never called again or sent the free estimate. A 2024 customer said the wrong window showed up 2 months after they emailed the specs; when they reordered, the order still had not been started six weeks later, and Aladdin said it had lost the specs. A 2026 customer said Aladdin did a poor job at their home in Cheshire and called the supervisor and staff disrespectful. **Strengths:** - Fast window installs — a customer said 18 windows went in one day - A caulk color check — a customer said they called to match each floor - Awning motor repair — a 2025 customer said help came before noon - Cleanup after install — a customer said installers vacuumed the area **Concerns:** - A missing estimate — a 2025 customer said the free estimate never came - A wrong window order — a 2024 customer said a reorder stalled on lost specs - A Cheshire job — a 2026 customer called the work poor ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.8★ from 130 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Aladdin%2C%20Inc&query_place_id=ChIJT94wIoXZ54kRVA1fF1zLI1k) — “Google: 4.8★ from 130 ratings” - 4.8★ from 152 HomeAdvisor ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.AladdinAluminumCompany.12054247.html) — “HomeAdvisor: 4.8★ from 152 ratings” - BBB grade of A, with 4 complaints listed _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/wallingford/profile/window-installation/aladdin-inc-0111-21000002) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/wallingford/profile/window-installation/aladdin-inc-0111-21000002) — “4 complaint(s) on file (count only)” - Says on its website it has offered replacement windows, awnings, railings and doors since 1949 _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://aladdininc.net) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Since 1949, Aladdin has been Connecticut’s leader in vinyl replacement windows, retractable patio covers, e…” - A customer said installers put in 22 windows and a storm door in six hours _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pZeFltTllaMFkyV2tOVllraG9SMTh5ZUhCeE5sRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x5923cb5c175f0d54!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjYxYmNYZ0Y2WkNVYkhoR18yeHBxNlE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I can't say enough good things about Aladdin Inc.!
