A recent Google customer said the company fixed a mouse-damaged dishwasher quickly and affordably. On a Viking range whose igniters had burned out, a recent customer said the company found aftermarket parts and swapped them in.

The long jobs are the telling ones. A 2024 customer said Bert spent at least 15 minutes on the phone before any service call about a 17-year-old GE Profile fridge, then repaired it across three visits; that customer then decided to have the ice-maker solenoid and the water and ice lever repaired as well. A 2023 customer with a stacked washer/dryer that stopped midcycle said the technician left a 30-day labor warranty and came back twice under it, once spending 30 minutes on the phone with GE. A 2022 customer said Tom came back without charging until the dryer was fixed.
