Its website lists a service area that includes Andover, Columbia, Coventry, Hebron, Manchester and Glastonbury. A recent customer said Stan resolved a water heater issue quickly and for a fair cost, with the problem fixed by morning after a call the night before. A recent bathroom shower upgrade had the shower valve and piping replaced and the floor drain piping replaced to better align with the floor plan; that customer called the price high but within current market prices. A 2026 customer said Dylan fixed a leak spraying from the pressure tank, explained the repair as he worked, and came back out over what turned out to be a shower head setting. A 2025 customer said the owner, Kurt, came to the house personally to fix an issue after his shift as a volunteer firefighter. A 2024 customer said Kurt arrived on time the next morning, fixed an outdoor faucet that had gone from a trickle to a gush, and did a pressure test. A 2024 customer said the company missed the first install date for a shower but apologized, and the install went smoothly. A recent customer said Kurt was a no-show for a scheduled appointment, and that after the work the household discovered it had no running water. That customer was quoted $285 including tax, was charged $294.98, and said Kurt called the difference first a credit card fee and then a tenant fee. Its Connecticut plumber license, PLM.0204743-P1, held in the name All Plumbing & Heating LLC, is expired on the state registry. **Strengths:** - Water heater fix — a recent customer had it resolved by morning - Shower valve replacement — a recent customer described new valve and piping - Owner follow-up — a 2025 customer said Kurt came back personally **Concerns:** - Missed appointment — a recent customer reported a no-show and no running water - Charge over quote — a recent customer paid $294.98 on a $285 quote - Expired plumber license — expired on the Connecticut state registry ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes residential plumbing, water heater, boiler, heating and water treatment work and more than 20 years of experience _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://allplumbingheatingllc.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): From plumbing repairs and water heaters to boilers, heating systems and water treatment, All Plumbing & Hea…” - 4.5 stars on Google from 33 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=All%20Plumbing%20%26%20Heating%20llc&query_place_id=ChIJAcnxNgle5okRhGHwszV5e64) — “Google: 4.5★ from 33 ratings” - A recent customer said a water heater issue was resolved quickly, at a fair cost, by the next morning _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21GeWJVMHhhazE2UzFSRlkxaFlObVpCVlhSWVEwRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xae7b7935b3f06184!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmFybU0xak16S1RFY1hYNmZBVXRYQ0E%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Stan was able to resolve our H2O heater issue quickly and for a fair cost.
