## The honest read

All Seasons Service Provider (listed on Angi and HomeAdvisor as All Seasons Interior and Exterior) is an Acton, Massachusetts painting and cleaning company led by founder Adão Rocha, who says he has more than 26 years in the trade. The company offers interior, exterior and commercial painting, cabinet refinishing, deck staining, power washing, and residential, window and move-in/out cleaning across MetroWest towns including Acton, Concord, Westford, Littleton, Maynard, Boxborough, Sudbury and Chelmsford.

People who hired them describe the same crew traits again and again: on time, polite, thorough and tidy, with Adão personally walking the job, quoting promptly and staying reachable. In a March 2026 Angi review, a homeowner said the team painted everything agreed upon, worked quickly and were so easy to deal with that they booked additional projects. A July 2025 Thumbtack customer described a fast quote, quick scheduling and a clean finish; a May 2025 Thumbtack reviewer praised a deck repair and staining job done with attention to detail. Angi reviews from 2022 and 2023 cover a four-level whole-interior repaint with ceilings, walls and trim, a landlord who relies on Adão for turnover painting, roof mold removal and exterior power washing, and many window and skylight cleanings that customers say left glass looking brand new.

One thing to know before booking: the company is listed here first as a painter, yet Angi's own review filters put most of its 97 reviews under maid service, power washing and window cleaning, with only one filed under interior painting. That does not mean the painting work is weak, the painting reviews are as warm as the rest, but if painting is your job, ask for recent painting references and photos. The 2025 and 2026 'Best of BusinessRate' awards on the website are the company's own claim, not something confirmed by a third party here.

The written record is deep and current: 29 reviews from 2022 to 2026 across Angi and Thumbtack, all five stars, plus 5.0 headline ratings from 97 Angi/HomeAdvisor reviews and 4 on Thumbtack. Adão Rocha passed a Thumbtack background check in November 2024.

They look like the right call for a MetroWest homeowner or landlord who wants one crew for painting, deep cleaning, window washing and power washing, and for whom responsiveness and a tidy finish matter. Confirm the scope in writing, ask about painting-specific references, and check licensing and insurance for any exterior work.

**Strengths:**
- Punctual, tidy crews — reviewers repeatedly cite on-time, thorough, no-mess work
- Responsive owner — Adão quotes promptly and books repeat projects
- Window and skylight cleaning — customers say glass looked brand new
- Whole-interior painting — 2022 four-level repaint of ceilings, walls and trim
- Deep and move-out cleaning — careful with antiques, thorough rental turnovers
- Perfect review record — 29 five-star reviews from 2022 to 2026

**Concerns:**
- Painting review volume — only one of 97 Angi reviews filed under painting
- Self-claimed awards — Best of BusinessRate 2025 and 2026 are the company's own claim
- Two business names — listed as All Seasons Interior and Exterior on Angi and HomeAdvisor

**Where sources disagree:**
- The company is listed here as a painter, but Angi's review-service filters place most of its 97 reviews under maid service (31), power washing (23) and window cleaning (17), with only one under interior painting.
- The business appears as All Seasons Service Provider on its website and as All Seasons Interior and Exterior on Angi and HomeAdvisor (the HomeAdvisor slug reads AllSeasonCleaningInc); reviewers call the owner both Adão and Adam.
- The website says the founder has over 26 years of experience but gives no founding year for the company.
