A recent customer called late on a Tuesday night for a dryer repair, got a call Wednesday morning and had a technician fixing the dryer by mid-morning. A customer who says they have used the company since 2019 writes that Peter came to check a gas range whose oven wasn't heating, quickly diagnosed it, had the replacement part in his van and completed the repair within 30 minutes. That customer adds that when their refrigerator stopped working in 2023, Joe talked them out of an expensive repair because replacing the appliance made more financial sense. A recent customer says Joe answered on the second ring and scheduled them for the following morning; Peter coordinated a parts order on the spot, and they were back up and running a day later. A 2026 customer said technicians arrived on time, diagnosed the issue immediately and communicated throughout the process. A 2026 reviewer wrote that the company returned their call within a few minutes of a voicemail, explained the options and set up an appointment, and that Joe arrived on time and repaired the stove. **Strengths:** - Next-morning dryer repair — a late-night call got a technician there by mid-morning - Part on hand — Peter had the oven part in his van - Honest repair advice — Joe advised replacing a refrigerator over an expensive repair - A quick callback — a 2026 customer's voicemail was returned within minutes ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5-star Google average across 740 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=All%20Star%20Appliance%20Repair&query_place_id=ChIJRc0DCkn15IkRI3rL_n5TuP4) — “Google: 5★ from 740 ratings” - A recent customer who called late on a Tuesday night had a technician fixing their dryer by mid-morning the next day _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=18354512086254189091&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ I called late Tuesday night for a dryer repair.
