Last 6 months: 19 reviews, 1 negative. ## The honest read No city water coming from the street: an August 2026 Google reviewer called All State Plumbing Pros in desperation, and wrote that Josh diagnosed and repaired the problem and that the company never overcharged. The Danbury plumbing company holds 4.9★ from 226 Google ratings, and its website lists 24/7 emergency service across Danbury, Bethel, Ridgefield, Newtown and nearby towns. The recent reviews put names to the jobs. In September 2026, Pauly got a corroded shower cartridge off, drilling when nothing else worked. A July 2026 customer wrote that Paulie found a leak and came back with Benny early the next morning to fix it. May 2026 reviews describe a gas hot water heater installed and a new water heater put in by Pauly and Josh, with Asim explaining the town permit and HOA requirements by phone. In January 2026, Johnathan found a failed zone valve that earlier visits by another technician had missed, restoring heat, and Patrick unclogged a bathtub from 1974 within two hours of the call. An April 2024 customer credited Asim with getting a 2013 Navien unit replaced free of charge under warranty. The complaints are about follow-through. A September 2026 reviewer wanted better communication when crews run substantially late. In an August 2026 review, a customer said the crew showed up late, charged for a day they could not finish for lack of materials, came back two more times, and a phone call about the pricing was not returned. A July 2025 reviewer never got a promised call back about an estimate, and a February 2022 Angi customer said a project was not completed and did not pass plumbing inspection. Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.6★ from 51 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. The website offers free estimates and says the company is insured. **Strengths:** - Emergency calls — 2026 reviews describe same-day and next-morning fixes - Water heaters — 2026 reviews cover gas and tank installs - Heating diagnosis — 2026 review: failed zone valve found after misses **Concerns:** - Late crews — 2026 reviews fault communication on delays - Billing questions — 2026 customer's pricing call went unreturned ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Restored city water service and charged fairly, per an August 2026 review _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xSdVEzUjRNVk5IU0U5NGQxQTNhVll5U2tzNE5rRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x9e9b5c56ee149fb!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlRuQ3R4MVNHSE94d1A3aVYySks4NkE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I had no city water coming from the street and was desperate.
