A June 2026 reviewer described a move that went without issues from the initial visit through completion, praising the two movers for treating the furniture respectfully and keeping the experience friendly. The Pittsfield company lists residential, commercial and long-distance moving, home packing, piano moving and storage, warehousing and white-glove delivery. Its website says it has 48 years in business and offers free estimates. Google displayed a 4.9-star average from 63 ratings in September 2026. In an April 2025 review, a customer described moving their father from a large house to a senior community. The two-person crew arrived on time and discussed how to move safely on the stairs while protecting the furniture. They prioritized loading the truck, moved furniture and about twenty boxes, and delivered everything without damage. The reviewer said the time from arrival through completed move-in was about three hours and also praised communication with the office. A May 2025 customer named Trey and Ethan as the movers who handled their furniture. They described the pair as punctual, efficient and careful with the pieces, and credited them with making good use of the customer’s storage space. That reviewer also praised Melissa for explaining the terms by phone, scheduling the move and calling with a reminder to check for questions. In October 2025, another reviewer said the crew got straight to work, handled varied items carefully and stacked them well for storage. Mike, identified as the crew leader, answered the customer’s questions and reduced the price because the move took less time than planned. A January 2026 reviewer who said they had used All-Ways for years praised help throughout consultation, quotation, scheduling and the move itself. The Better Business Bureau gives the company an A+ grade and lists it as accredited.
