The company says it has been in business 47 years, and its website lists a service area that includes Fairfield, Norwalk, Stamford, Greenwich and Bridgeport. A recent customer whose R-22 AC system sprang a leak after 37 years said Alliance arranged an electrician to work alongside its own team and had an engineer measure the attic for the additional ductwork. That customer said the team arrived at the agreed time and wore shoe covers inside, and that Alliance did not submit the lowest estimate. A recent customer in Greenwich said Alliance restored their air conditioning in one day and handled the permitting. A recent customer said Dustin, the sales contact, stopped by during the installation to check on it. A 2025 customer said a repair technician tracked down the parts needed to get a stopped furnace running. A 2024 customer said Alliance converted their heat from oil to gas and replaced their A/C system. A 2026 customer said Dustin came out to give a quote and over a week later they still had no quote or communication. A 2024 customer said an air conditioner repair did not fix the problem, they were charged for two visits, and a third visit was needed before it worked properly.
