In a June 2024 Google review, a homeowner described Tim painting exterior areas and replacing or filling damaged wood on an older, tall house. They praised the improved appearance, his communication and his completion within the time he had predicted. The business is based in East Longmeadow, and a November 2020 reviewer identified Tim as its owner. A September 2023 reviewer described a porch restoration that included painting and replacement of rotted wood. Tim also power washed the rest of the house and reglazed old windows. That homeowner praised his attention to detail, responsiveness and reasonable rates. In July 2022, another customer praised an exterior paint project on a century-old Craftsman home, saying Tim recognized potential issues involving window glazing, sanding, cleaning and color development and provided a reasonable estimate. Interior work drew similar praise in February 2021. A customer with a 1938 home described Tim removing decades-old wallpaper, repairing the walls, painting dark kitchen cabinets with at least three coats, and painting the entire first floor. They appreciated his patience and a reasonable room-by-room quote. Google shows a 5-star average from eight ratings. Its written customer accounts span 2020–2024. **Strengths:** - Older house painting — customers writing in 2022 and 2024 praised exterior results - Interior surface preparation — a February 2021 customer praised wallpaper removal and wall repairs - Schedule follow through — a June 2024 customer reported completion within the predicted time ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A November 2020 Google reviewer identified Tim as Alternative Painting's owner. _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=2164911886011034611&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ We had Alternative Painting paint the outside of our house and it came out better than we could have imagined.
