On Google the company shows 4.9 stars from 73 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. A recent customer said Serena walked them through the slabs on site for a quartzite kitchen, that the pricing was competitive with other quotes they received, and that Clei showed them the templates on their slabs before cutting. In 2025, a three-star reviewer said a call came several days after measuring to say the price was now $480 more because more stone was needed. A 2025 one-star reviewer told the company that stone countertops are supposed to be glued and mounted.
