That customer said John recommended a Bona Traffic HD matte water based poly, provided progress photos, and came back after the final coat cured to review the finish. A customer said American Oak did the hardwood floors in their 1850's farmhouse. One customer said they took over a floor job that another company had already started. A customer who called after seeing their work in a nearby house said they came the next day to quote, then replaced the subfloor and installed and finished all new hardwood in a weekend. A customer said they brought in a professional cleaner to remove remaining dust and residue after an installation. A 2026 customer on Angi said a refinishing project covered approximately 2,300 square feet using a natural sealer, with Thomas explaining the process. A 2026 reviewer had 1,400 sq ft of engineered hardwood installed. A 2026 customer had about 1,700 square feet of vinyl flooring installed in a basement and called the price fair. A 2025 customer said John and his team installed 1,500 square feet of vinyl flooring in a basement and refinished 800 square feet of wood flooring after being asked for a dust-free process.
