The written record is thin and dated — three Angi reviews, all from late 2017 — but it tells a real story. In a December 2017 review, a homeowner called the crew terrific for how quickly they reached out and got a job scheduled and finished. A November 2017 review singled out a two-person team led by someone named Rosvelt for showing up on time, finishing on schedule, and being easy to work with. The same stretch also produced a sharp complaint: a December 2017 reviewer hired the company for a fall cleanup and said a worker took a chainsaw to ten healthy, mature flowering shrubs — some seven feet tall — that were never meant to come out, several still in bloom. The company reportedly offered to replace them, though nursery stock wasn't expected until spring. On Angi, the company holds 4.2 stars from six ratings, with about two-thirds five-star and one in six at one star — a spread that lines up with the mix of praise and the shrub complaint above. Anyone calling should spell out exactly what gets removed versus trimmed before a cleanup, given the 2017 account, and should know the written feedback on file runs from 2017 rather than reflecting current work. **Strengths:** - Fast scheduling — 2017 review cited quick, prompt turnaround - Punctual crew — showed up and finished on schedule **Concerns:** - Shrub removal mishap — 2017 review described healthy shrubs cut down - Dated review history — written feedback dates only to 2017 ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Angi profile puts the company at 16 years in business, with free estimates and service available in Spanish. _(confidence: medium)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ma/boston/anais-all-season-services-reviews-67004038.htm) — “Angi profile for Anai's All Season Services in West Roxbury, MA — 4.2 stars from 6 reviews, offering landscaping with 16 years of experience…” - A December 2017 Angi review called the crew terrific for how quickly they reached out and got a job scheduled and finished. _(confidence: medium)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ma/boston/anais-all-season-services-reviews-67004038.htm) — “5★ They were terrific.
