## The honest read

Anthony's Property Services handles lawns, landscaping projects and snow, and on Google it holds 4.8 stars from 41 ratings. Its own site describes garden work, lawn maintenance and clearing snow from driveways in winter. Its BBB grade is A+.

One recent customer had a large tree taken down and then hired Anthony and his team to rebuild the yard: they cleared brush, created new landscaping beds with mulch, added rocks behind the shed and repaired the lawn with topsoil and grass seed, and Anthony shared pictures when the customer couldn't be there during the workday. A recent customer said the company removed a failed backyard lawn, spread new topsoil and seeded, and green grass was growing after 7 days. One recent customer said Anthony and his crew installed a backyard patio, a walkway and a front patio, regraded and sodded the backyard, and cleaned up and edged the old beds with fresh mulch.

A 2026 customer said the company has managed their lawn and yard care and snow removal for 7+ years. A 2026 reviewer wrote that after a snowstorm of over 25 inches, he arrived within the hour and started clearing so their commercial client could open for business. A 2024 customer who lost two 60-foot trees said Anthony came up with a plan to replace the privacy and greenery. A 2023 customer said doing a full yard, lawn and patio project all at once saved them money in the long run.

A 2022 customer who had used Anthony's for both home and business properties wrote "never again," calling him arrogant and untrustworthy, saying he overcharges and calling the work mediocre. A 2022 reviewer said he was rude from the first phone call and laughed when asked about service for a business address.
