## The honest read

Chris knocked on a recent customer's door and walked them through the entire insurance process from A to Z; that customer now has a new slate roof with copper details. Apollo Improvements LLC's website describes commercial TPO flat roof installation, repairs and maintenance, and names Stamford, Rye and Nassau as its service area. A recent customer had Christos manage a full roof replacement on a complicated architectural roof, where steep pitch sections required hand nailing and a large flat roof section had to be tied in.

That customer said Christos inspected the work throughout the project, was on the roof again on the last day, and came back to inspect the job after completion and after multiple heavy rainy days.

After storm damage on a cedar roof, a recent customer had the roof inspected; insurance covered the whole project, and the customer chose synthetic material. A 2026 customer said they showed up when they said they would, the crew got the roof done quicker than expected, and they didn't leave a mess behind.

A recent customer said Chris and Apollo Improvements handled a renovation project from start to finish, with clean work, done ahead of schedule.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0704755, as active, held by Apollo Improvements LLC.

**Strengths:**
- Insurance claim help — a recent customer said Chris walked them through it
- A complicated roof replacement — steep sections hand-nailed, flat section tied in
- A clean finish — a 2026 customer said they left no mess
