A 2025 customer who uses the company year-round for rodent control said Jesse set additional baits in a garage closet, reinforced an opening in a basement closet and inspected the attic. A 2024 customer gave one star, saying they still had a rodent problem, that the traps made their dogs ill, and that a refund request was refused. A 2023 customer said there were still bees and the company tried to come back and charge again.
