One customer with a Samsung refrigerator said Cameron diagnosed a persistent ice maker problem as a more pervasive problem affecting the overall freezer. The root cause was a fan that had stopped working, and that customer said Cameron replaced the fan and cleaned other parts of the freezer and refrigerator. A customer whose washing machine had already been diagnosed by another technician as needing a drain pump replacement said Kamran performed his own inspection, and the real problem turned out to be a piece of clothing stuck in the drain tube.

A customer with a leaking dishwasher said Cameron didn't need to repair a thing: he spent an hour making sure the issue could be resolved by running through a cycle, and the solution was putting the dishes in a different way. That customer said he charged a flat rate service fee for coming. A customer whose KitchenAid refrigerator stopped cooling during a heat wave said the owner identified the issue immediately, and that the company found a part in stock when the parts were backordered from other suppliers.
